Joey Logano was down one lap and came back to make just the right move at just the right time, hoping it would start to rain and cut the race short… and it worked. We watched the whole race!
Hard work and perseverance and constant improvement and patience and all those great qualities that turn someone into a winner… Go Joey!

Someone I love thinks NASCAR is da bomb, so I watched almost all of the Daytona 500 yesterday. Not only was it really cool to do something that I don’t do normally to build a greater relationship, but it was really cool to see somebody start at almost last place and win the race… because he did the right thing at the right time. What a story! I bet Matt Kenseth isn’t discouraged about racing today, as he has been a lot lately! Way to go!
Also, it was cool to see a sporting event where they pray before the race… and I admit it… I thought Keith Urban was pretty awesome. I want that cool NASCAR Les Paul guitar!
People who’ve known me for years are just rolling on the floor at this, especially at that last part…
